Nestled in a tranquil corner site, Namah is a striking example of contemporary villa design. Amidst a neighborhood shifting towards multi-storey structures, it preserves the charm of an independent house. Its design philosophy focuses on two principles: breaking traditional box-like boundaries to connect interior and exterior spaces, and maximizing greenery in a vertical dwelling through courtyards, balcony gardens, and terrace gardens, blending innovation with a love for nature.
The G+3 structure is meticulously organized, with main living areas on the first and second floors, connected by a cut-out in the slab, fostering unity. The living block, between the formal living room and servant's quarter on the ground floor, and the terrace garden with guest rooms on the third, serves as a private sanctuary. The terrace garden, adorned with stone fins, enhances the house's connection to nature.
This villa showcases exquisite stone craftsmanship, reflecting Karnataka's heritage. The terrace garden features 9-foot-high granite slabs inspired by Stonehenge, carefully arranged to balance privacy and openness. Throughout the house, various stone elements like coco slate, copper stone, exotic gold granite, and Italian marble add luxury, seamlessly blending tradition with contemporary design. Every corner of the house highlights the timeless allure of stone, elevating the living experience.
